How does the RSVP tracking work?

We handle the entire RSVP setup so you don't have to lift a finger! We build a custom form directly into your site to collect responses, dietary requirements, and personal notes.

To keep things secure and exclusive, the system will only accept RSVPs from guests on your official list; if an uninvited name is entered, it will be politely flagged. We will then automatically route all of your guest responses into a private, easy-to-read Google Sheet for you to review at any time.

Can we include our own photos or custom artwork?

Absolutely! Simply share your personal photos or artwork with us, and we will seamlessly incorporate them into your website's design to make it feel completely unique and true to you.

How long will our event website remain active?

We will keep your website live and accessible for 1 year after your event, giving you and your guests plenty of time to revisit the details and memories.
What if our timeline or event details change?

We know that even the most carefully planned gatherings can gently shift. We are more than happy to make text updates to the schedule or details leading up to your event.

Simply send us a note, and our team will jump in and update the site for you.

Can we have a custom domain name?

Yes, you certainly can! If you would like a custom domain (e.g. yourevent.com), we can set that up for an additional third-party cost, which depends on current pricing via Namecheap.

Do you require a downpayment?

Yes, we do! But before we ask for any payment, we always like to start with a quick chat just to make sure we’re the perfect fit for your event.

Once we’re both on the same page and ready to move forward, we’ll ask for a deposit to secure your spot in our schedule.
